    01.06.2004 -FogScreen Receives Laval Virtual Awards Interface Prize

    FogScreen Inc, the company famous for its walk-through projection screen, has been awarded the Laval Virtual Award in Interfaces category in Laval, France. At the 6th International Conference on Virtual Reality in Laval, an international jury made up of Virtual Reality specialists presented awards for the year's best Virtual Reality creations worldwide.

    FogScreen Inc, which was founded less than a year ago, has received a remarkable variety of prizes and honors, including the InnoSuomi 2003 prize by the President of Finland for the best innovation of the year.

    During the International Conference in Laval, FogScreen Inc presented its new interactive fog display, making writing and drawing in the air possible. The innovation had its debut in San Francisco at Wired Magazine´s prestigious NextFest. Reuters, Discovery Channel, Science Channel, and other media covered the story.

    FogScreen’s recent demonstration at the Washington Design Center generated great excitement and comment. In June, FogScreen will have presentations at technology, medical, and marketing exhibitions, including events in Tokyo, London and New Orleans.
